About Us

Give Hope was first established in Zambia, in 2005 by Martin Zuch. In 2007, the charity organization was registered in the U.K. as Give Hope Trust. After Martin met Tilahun while they were both doing their Msc in Newcastle, they decided to expand the reach of the organisation to Ethiopia, which was then registered as Give Hope Ethiopia. As of July 1st, 2018, the organisation is registered in the United States as Give Hope Africa to mobilise resources towards child-focused projects in Ethiopia and Zambia.

Our vision is to see all children grow and live up to their full potential.

We are committed to providing effective leadership in our work and ensuring that Give Hope remains accountable and transparent to both its donors/sponsors and the children and communities we serve. We are also committed to ensuring that every penny is invested towards promoting the wellbeing of the children and communities served.
